Dynamic Sync Configuration
Dynamic Sync uses a Cloudflare Email Worker to capture incoming emails in real-time.
The worker stores emails in KV and periodically archives them to your GitHub repository.
If enabled, the Cloudflare Worker will process and archive your emails.
Requires repo scope permission.
Example: xotours/email-xotours-faxrichmond
Used to authenticate manual trigger requests via /deploy.
All data is saved securely in your Cloudflare KV store.
